Connection is key.
I’m a health and wellness coach- but I’m not a fan of the word “coach”. Maybe because it makes me think of smelly high school gymnasiums(?) and though I have spent my fair share of time in them- it’s not what we’re going for here!
I am a fan of working together to help each other reach goals & make our dreams a reality. I’m also a fan of conscious community- of people who want to live with their whole hearts… open… and have solid boundaries! And I’m a firm believer that there’s nothing “wrong” with any of us! We’ve been taught a lot throughout our lives and some of it is no longer in Integrity with our Soul. So sometimes we need a little support to help us unlearn all of the garbage we’ve been taught from society and relearn the Truth that lies deep within our own hearts. I’m a big fan of helping each other to remember that Truth.
